Courtesy of Blair Wright FINAL STEP THREE: Win when-in Foreclosure Project
A weekend of effort will stagnate the Lender’s foreclosure action by 18-24 months and will likely get you a dismissal !!
REVIEW — Step One: Stop the Foreclosure Process by filing the Answer and Affirmative Defenses to defend your claim referenced by Department of Justice settlement and with the specifics of how your lender has not dealt fairly — as described in the your personal experience with the mortgage servicer and the mortgage servicer’s past and lengthy relationship to the originator of the loan (named on the settlement documents).
REVIEW – Step Two: OFFENSE OFFENSE OFFENSE — file a Plaintiff Complaint as provided along with a Lis Pendens.
TO THEN MOVE TO Step Three: Filing for a winning Judgment Against the Lender as found below here:
Double Click: Process Final Homeowner Award
The great thing about this approach is that IF the Third Party does not respond in twenty days (which is likely) move with a default judgment found here:
…AND now review the Judge’s signature awarding the Homeowner for the non-response of the Citibank. Citibank is/was required to null and void the mortgage and together pay damages totaling $880,000. — a copy of the WINNING award can be found here:

IF the Third Party does respond forward the following Request for Production and add an addition 3-6 months to the foreclosure process — take the pre-existing formatted heading for the foreclosure action used for the Counter Claim and Third Party Complaint and copy and paste the Production Instructions and Listing of items requested finished with a signature line. Again, the Court and all parties obtain a copy. The Plaintiff and the third party have thirty (30) days to respond with all documents unless you provide them with permission to take longer :
